What I'm up to...
Heather & Michael Smith brought a BEAUTIFUL baby girl into the world 6 months ago. Baby Charlotte is just starting to sit up on her own, and as you will see she’s quite expressive! :) I find it fascinating that we seem to be born with our facial expressions… I’m sure that years from today, little Charlotte will be making the same adorable faces!
I had another beautiful-morning portrait session in La Jolla. The Kinnunen family came all the way from Finland to visit their daughter and of course to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the California coast!
This lovely family from Austin, Texas decided to have their beach portrait session at gorgeous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club! Their 5-month old baby girl had just learned to sit up a couple days before the shoot! :)
I was privileged to photograph this B-E-A-utiful family on vacation all the way from Alberta, Canada. The beach in San Diego County doesn’t get much better than La Jolla in my opinion :). Mama Shantelle, daddy Leon & cousin Dakota were all celebrating baby Madeline’s very first birthday! It was a joy to capture!
Happy Thanksgiving! I know a couple people who are especially thankful today for an early Christmas present the stork will be dropping off mid-December :). Here are some photos from Amber’s maternity shoot with husband Darren and baby Landon on the way! We started off in Landon’s brand new nursery and then we caught the last few minutes of light at Sunset Cliffs in Ocean Beach.
